Mr. Chidiebere Ibe

Mr. Chidiebere Ibe is a Public Sector Governance specialist with knowledge and experience in Public Financial Management, Public Policy Analysis and Public Service Management. He has over 18 years experience working in professional accountancy service, banking and finance, public service and international development assistance both in Nigeria and overseas.

He has worked for various international development partners including USAID, UK-DfID, EU, UNDP, UNECA, ActionAid to bring about public sector reforms in the Federal Government of Nigeria and several State Governments.

Chidiebere has also served as a Commissioner in the Ebonyi State Local Government Service Commission, where he was responsible for policy making as well as supervising policy implementation in the State’s Local Government service for improved human resource management and service delivery.

He also worked in the private sector, especially in the competitive Nigerian banking industry, where he was responsible for business development through excellent service and client relationship management. He commenced his career in the professional accountancy service industry with the firm of Parker-Randall Offor & Company (Chartered Accountants).
